Breakfast was consistently cold. The golf course nearby was a pleasant surprise and well-maintained.

I highly recommend this stylish hotel situated in a convenient location that's close to everything. the staff is well-trained, and the views of the lake and pool are incredible. I’m pleased with my choice of a double room; it was affordable and brand-new. the amenities, including a laptop safe, central heating, and an ironing set, are nice touches that enhance the experience.

The breakfast was great with a pancake, the staff was extremely friendly. Magnificent location - walking distance to everywhere we needed.

Beautiful property with welcoming employees from the valet to the front desk to maids. A work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels available in the deluxe double room. Gorgeous views of downtown and reunion tower all around...

This hotel has a central location right next to the Galleria and downtown, offers fabulous food nearby, and features a very comfortable bed in a brand-new room.

It was in the central location near downtown.

The pool was clean and I had delicious drinks in the pool bar. I was able to park in their garage. The location was strategic for a weekend in Dallas. I randomly popped into Marble Slab Creamery serving some pastries, located a short distance from the hotel, it was nice.

This was a pleasant stay in the executive room. Brand-new room, that also was neat with a great view. The staff were attentive and courteous, were waiting for us in the gorgeous lobby. The airport was 15 minutes' drive away.

Although we agreed to pay usd 10 per 24 hours to access the net, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Friendly staff who were helpful when we arrived late. The room was spacious with a big bathroom. Also, the bunk bed was comfy, like sleeping on a cloud ☁️.

1-the staff working there, specially a guy called Kyle. 2- the internet connection was bad 3-Stone age TV screens (there are no LCD screens, nor LED ones) 4-The wine was bad it smells like an old pair of couch socks

I was very impressed with the roadside view of the hotel. I feel in love with the hotel when I first walked into the lobby. Then once I got into my room, I knew that I made the right choice. Valet parking was awesome. We called for our suv, and it was waiting for us once we made it outside.

I really was not greeted warmly from the desk staff. It was very busy that night when I checked-in, and I believe that the staff was somewhat tired.
